New Hallway Lighting

More energy efficient hallway lighting has been installed throughout the building.  Thanks to a utility company rebate program, energy savings will pay for the installation costs in a matter of months.

New sidewalks
Thanks to the efforts of Braemore Board President John Valvana, working with the city, sidewalks on the east side of the Braemore have been rebuilt by the City of Boston.  Here, the sidewalk running up towards the Fens is being relaid.

New carpets

The carpeting on all upper floors on both sides of the building has been replaced.  Thanks very much to the Braemore Carpet Committee, and the input of Association members provided at the December 2012 annual meeting.
